NanoMorphic provides AI-powered lead generation, advertising optimization, and social network integration services. Our platform uses advanced algorithms to identify, qualify, and deliver high-quality leads to our clients.

3. User Obligations

Users agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information when registering
  • Use the service only for lawful business purposes
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer or compromise our systems
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Respect the privacy and rights of generated leads

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due based on qualified leads delivered according to your selected pricing plan. Pricing ranges from $30 to $100 per qualified lead, depending on the service tier and volume. Custom pricing is available for enterprise clients.

5. Lead Quality Guarantee

We guarantee the quality of leads delivered through our platform. If a lead does not meet our qualification criteria, you will not be charged for that lead. Our AI systems continuously monitor and verify lead quality.

6. Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your data and the data of generated leads. All data is processed in accordance with applicable privacy laws and our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the NanoMorphic platform are owned by NanoMorphic and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

NanoMorphic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with written notice. Upon termination, you will be responsible for payment of all qualified leads delivered up to the termination date.

10. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
